Abstract

Role overload, where employees handle multiple job roles simultaneously, is a growing challenge in Philippine workplaces, especially in education and public service. This condition leads to stress, burnout, and reduced work quality. Effective coping requires institutional support through clear job roles, adequate resources, and mental health programs. Addressing role overload promotes employee well-being and organizational success.
